A little disclaimer : as you guys have seen in my last couple of reviews that I lost a bit of data in a HDD crash. Most of them were pictures taken for review purpose. this is will be the last of those reviews with low amount of pictures. I will bounce back provide loads of pictures from my next one.

As always i will be conserving my energy here.

the box came a bit distressed thanks to the awesome Indian courier service but since nothing was disturbed internally or cosmetically I gave it pas.. I will exact my revenge on them some other time. Corsair made it pretty clear on the front of the box that the cooler comes equipped with an 140mm fan not that anyone will miss it.

The back is rather uneventful.the only thing to note is the comparative graph given and the compatibility list. nothing much to write home about.

Now to  the real stuff.

Coming to the cooler itself the round head of the pump clearly says it’s of asetek origin.

The copper base comes with the TIM pre applied, its enough to cover any mainstream processor.

You can also see all the locks around the edge that will allow for the base to grab on and press onto the CPU. The base is not completely flat as u can see from the picture. It’s about 5MM flat in the center, the rest curves towards the screws forming a convex shape.
The radiator is a bit bigger than normal.
The dimension comes to 140mm width and 170Mm height.Since the Fin count was not given i counted them picking a random spot. It’s about 26 FPI(Fins per inch). With so many fins packed it increases the surface area but it provides a tough challenge for the fan.
The next few picture shows the cooler along with all the accessories and with that i will close this section.
And yes I know the background is unexpected (looks like shooting range from COD if i quote a certain friend of mine).
A closeup to the retention kits
So this closes the showcase….next stop testing method and results.
