Note: In some benchmarks the z77 with a Sandy Bridge performed worse than z68 +Sandy Bridge because the z77 is more optimised for Ivy Bridge,the BIOS is more optimised.
Z77 doesn’t work that great with Sandy Bridge.
If anyone looking for a upgrade,better to go with Ivy Bridge +z77 rather than Sandy Bridge+z77.

Well rohan..the features u were looking for has been updated in the Z77 lineup.
Ssd caching has been updated as well as quick synce and virtu.
So i would say getting a Z77 makes more sense.

Good review mate …. But tell me a few things like am thinking of buying a Z68 just cause of Intel SSD cache and using lucid virtu(on Linux) and the Intel quicksync. Can you tell me if am looking to fulfill my this requirement which makes more sense a Z68 or Z77?
